We collect your name, email, phone, and country to create your account and process your bookings. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Passport and travel document data is collected for aviation regulatory compliance and is shared only with the performing Operator and relevant border authorities for that specific flight.
Medical data collected for Medevac bookings is treated as special category data under GDPR and equivalent laws. It is encrypted at field level, accessible only to our medevac coordination team, and automatically deleted 6 months after transport is completed.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your Profile settings. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. All other personal data is deleted on account closure.
