Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)
1. Open the SkyTrade Aviation app
2. Tap Profile (bottom navigation)
3. Tap Privacy & Data
4. Tap Delete My Account
5. Confirm deletion — your account will be deleted immediately
Option 2 — Request by email
Send an email to privacy@skytradeaviation.com with subject line:
"Account Deletion Request — [your registered email address]"
We will process your request within 30 days.
⚠ What gets deleted:
Your profile, preferences, saved routes, and marketing consents are deleted immediately.
Booking history is anonymised and held for 2 years for dispute resolution.
Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law.
Medical data from Medevac bookings is deleted 6 months after transport date.
